Tiger Terry: I’m Terry
Plot
Tom and Winnie are two bohemian mice who sneaked into Noah’s Ark. They must use their musical talents to enter the competition and help keep the peace among the animals. Terry is a Bengal tiger.
Tiger Terry: [yelling] BARUCK!
I am my wife’s husband. I need a settlement agreement after the song contest. where are you He entered again!
I need to catch my wife!
Tiger Terry: Baruch, please go with your lioness. Two musical mice, Winnie and Tom, are sleeping one day when they hear God having a little argument with his old friend Noah. He’s tired of his Earth project and wants to start over, so he tells the man to start building.
Now this boat is not as strong as Russell Crowe built in 2014, but after a few shenanigans the faces come together and the flood begins
A ship big enough to hold two copies of each creature, and then he’ll send down enough rain to wash everything clean, so animals from all over the world will be invited – via airmail – until he starts building his ark. The downside to all this careful planning is that a huge lion, supported by his henchmen, is soon going to attack the small supplies on board this ship before starting to eat the exceptionally fresh, all-you-can-eat buffet. Will the fearless mice, now joined by Nina, do anything to thwart this grandiose plan long enough for the dove of peace to make her way through the wind and rain in search of land?
There’s nothing even remotely religious about this story, it’s just a friendly animation that features a few jungle dwellers and uses a few forgettable musical numbers to create a sort of Ark Has Talent
It’s probably half an hour longer than it needs to be, but once it starts, it’s a story of friendship and determination that doesn’t hook you, reminding you that bullies are usually the most cowardly of any group. Sure, it’s a little derivative, and sure, it reminded me of The Lion King at times, but it’s harmless family fun that would be nice to leave the kids in front of the TV at Christmas.
